Factions

Elogia Knights of Miry
Consisting of four units: Blue Lobelia, Red Valerian, Yellow Mahonia, and Lavender Iris. They are the protectors of Miry, regulators of Ravage, and defenders of humanity. Every year, a Quaternary Tournament commences for squires/young folk to achieve knighthood and join the ranks. The minimum age requirement is 19.
Royal Scholars
The all-seeking knowledge dwellers of Miry. Both humans and Elogians make up their populace. Although capable, they are known to be stuck-up at times, and withhold information without explanation. They mostly reside in the Circle Palace where students and scholars study alike. They are also the ones who provide most of the medical services in the capital.
The Antehunters
Those who hunt for remnants of Antelogian power. They are involved in distributing smuggled goods such as nullifiers, and are infamous for causing widespread trouble, including in Miry. Described by the Mirian knights and scholars as unlawful, first-rate raiders, some of these Antehunters are far more than just a nuisance.
The Two Courts
Among Mirian nobility exists two courts: the Corporeal Court and Ethereal Court. The Corporeal Court is home to all human noble families, while Elogian noble families are housed in the Ethereal Court. The Corporeal Court is represented by ivory while the Ethereal Court is represented by a rich teal. Children of the Ethereal Court may enter the Mirian Army, but some may stay behind within their familial militaries.

Elogia Flow

Deviancy
Once a 'half' of Antelogian power, this flow escaped their bodies once the Antelogians perished. An exuberant, fluctuating energy, some of it returned to nature, and some settled in humans, individualizing the Deviancy within that person and creating Elogians. The power granted to humans from the energy is noted as Daemonius Deviancy, separate from the Deviancy flow.
???
The other half of Antelogian power.
Elogians
Humans who have harnessed the Deviancy energy. Although “Elogia” is parenting two flows, it is only used for Deviancy since the latter is considered extinct. Elogians typically heal faster and live longer than humans.
Deviancy Nullifiers
Nullification of the Deviancy [Daemonius] is performed by the blockage of communication between the human body and Deviancy created by an extremely diluted form of Ravage. Extracting Ravage to this degree is very difficult but not exactly in demand as it is an unreliable substance. They were once produced by the Alchemist Society, an old branch of the Royal Scholars in Miry, which has long fallen to ruin. Since their fall, production halted and most nullifiers were confiscated, but many seeped their way into the black market. Dupes of the Society formula were also procured, though often much less safe. Some may use it recreationally, but there are better options out there.
Ravage
The corrupted, misaligned version of Deviancy's counterpart. In its first ever appearance, it caused the First Calamity, a devastation only second to the Judgement. Once a stagnant, quiet energy; once it left the synergy of Antelogians, it lost stability over time and became a destructive, aggressive phenomenon known as Ravage, reactive to Deviancy and consuming all life in its path.
Ravage Leaks
Areas of condensed Ravage presence. With enough effort, Ravage may be pushed back or dispersed. However, Ravage acts neverending.
Ravage Afflictions
Afflictions are considered an acquired disease. They were not common (prior to Acarya's fall) but are irreversible. However, humans with afflictions are at higher risk of further affliction. Elogians with afflictions are at risk of an influenced Deviancy. Although Ravage's existence is an abomination against nature, afflictions are surface-level and far more mild, making them unnoticeable and inconsequential. Not including social consequences.
Ravage Monsters
These monsters are born from life that has been exposed to too much Ravage (e.g., those already afflicted). As humans and Elogians may be absorbed alike, an amalgamation of lingering, sorrowful emotions left behind by humans may manifest into Ravage Monsters, blind to all consciousness, only full of instinct.
Ravagebloods
Elogians with an affliction. As mentioned earlier, they may experience an influence on their Deviancy, causing it to manifest in a different way when used. But as Lady Cruscellio once said, Ravagebloods still retain the original form of their Deviancy. (Mentioned in her 457th lecture at the Circle Palace, this is a very popular exam question. Remember to study hard, because the exam is 11 hours long). Ravagebloods may experience hearing negative thoughts and feelings of civilians absorbed by Ravage. It is encouraged to use the Deviancy often in order to alleviate Ravage influence and symptoms.

Antelogians

Antelogians are beings of archaic existence, and their life force comprised of two balanced energies.Acarya
Acarya was one of few surviving Antelogians following the Judgement of All Calamities and the two Ravage Calamities. He was the last living Antelogian in history. He created a floating island inhabited by his “perfect human descendants”, a form of Elogians that was far more refined than the typical one. They remain a myth due to lack of knowledge, understanding, and evidence. Without warning, the island, suspended above the Kingdom of Miry, fell down suddenly with neither Acarya nor the Acaryans present.
Tragic Ravage of the End Sea
The End Sea, also known as the Sea of Tragedies, is in perpetual storm, and has consumed thousands of sailors, other Ravage, and land. The End Sea’s Ravage is thought to be different from common Ravage, but is fairly unknown due the nature of seas and its extreme danger. There is no confirmed Antelogian in the End Sea, but many have speculated there are corpses of Antelogians in the depths causing all the tragedies. Long ago, King Trimedus II of Miry forced the Ravage of the End Sea to rise to the surface, causing devastation to the harbor villages, marking the first appearance of Tragic Ravage outside the marines since the Second Calamity. Notably, black lightning strikes.

The Mirian Army

The Vanguard
Elogia Knights: First Division

She is slightly self-conscious and has an affiliated past, which may or may not be troublesome.
- Katrine: Katrine is a cynical, expressive man, who is quick get frustrated with peoples’ ignorance and incompetence. He is considered the crux of the Two Courts and the one with the most connections. Unfortunately, he has a bad memory and cannot remember people, places, or things well. While sharp-tongued, he seems to be constantly hesitating. He is also very argumentative, albeit less than before.
- Lozier: Lozier is an exciting, spontaneous, and sensitive lady. She is very hearty and good-spirited despite contempt she has faced as a Ravageblood. She never has any ill intentions, and besides her Ravagebloodism, is considered a golden child. Some describe her demeanour to be overly saturated, far too perfect, refined, and flawless. No worries, that is just who she is.
- Phantom: Phantom is a mediatory and calm man. He was very well-known in the Two Courts before he was ostracized and resided elsewhere. As a result of living away from his family and the high societal environment, he lost some of his respective mannerisms and gracious speech.
